This information prevails over phone conversations, previous messages, third-party instructions, family members, planners, or any external communication.

—No refunds once the order is confirmed.
—Date changes evaluated based on availability.
—No refunds for personal or third-party cancellations.
—Once delivered or picked up, Rumi Sweets is not responsible for damage caused by transport, handling, temperature changes, weather exposure, or improper storage by the client.
—Transport on flat surface in air-conditioned vehicle.
—⚠️ Some cakes contain internal supports, skewers, dowels, or structural elements. These pose a risk if consumed. It is the client's responsibility to identify and carefully remove them before cutting and serving, especially when children are present.

—The client is fully responsible for knowing and managing food allergies — their own and those of their guests — before ordering and serving any product.
—Rumi Sweets is not responsible for allergic reactions experienced by the client or any person to whom the client serves or distributes the products.
—Our products may contain or have been in contact with: milk, egg, flour, gluten, butter, nuts, and other allergens. We operate under Florida Cottage Food regulations.
